Client acknowledges and agrees that, pursuant to the Copyright Act of 1976, Gia Marie Photo, as the original author of the Images, shall own all rights in perpetuity in the Images, including all copyrights therein, in all media, in all forms and by every method now known or hereafter created. Client acknowledges and agrees that Photographer has the unlimited right to edit, copy, alter, add to, take from, adapt and/or translate the Images and to display them for promotional purposes or otherwise exploit the Images for Commercial purposes. Photographer hereby reserves the benefits of any provision of law known as "moral rights" or any similar laws of any jurisdiction.
The Client and Gia Marie Photo agree to operate in good faith in the performance of their duties and will make best efforts to ensure the other is able to perform theirs.
